FAQs

Reservations

Do you have a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we have a small minimum requirement. We want you to enjoy the richness of the Brooks Lake Lodge and Spa experience on your schedule, not ours. So, unlike some Wyoming lodges (which require you to spend a week with them or no time at all) we have only a 2 night minimum stay in winter and 3 nights in the summer. If you can only slip away from the office for a long weekend, you're invited to spend that long weekend with us!

What are your rates?

Rates vary based on whether you choose to stay in one of our individually named and decorated lodge rooms, cabins, or our lodge suite. As an all inclusive lodge resort we charge a per-person per-night fee. You can learn pricing for each room, cabin, and suite by calling us toll free at 866-213-4022.

What is included in my rate?

We are an all-inclusive resort and most of our services are included in your per night fee including your room or cabin, all meals, the Governor's Tea Time, membership to our Rocky Mountain Spa, entertainment by our talented staff, saloon games like darts and shuffleboard, and most seasonal activities.

How can I see your availability?

Give us a call at 866-213-4022, we'll be happy to let you know our availability over the phone.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Sorry, no. Although we love animals, for the health and safety of your pet, as well as our two and four legged friends here at the lodge, we'll have to ask you to find a sitter for Roscoe and Fluffy until your return. But don't worry, our lodge dogs will take good care of you while you're here.

Events

How do I make a reservation for a large group?

We have all kinds of options available to accommodate your group or event needs. Please call our reservations experts at 866-213-4022 to discuss your plans, group size, dietary needs, and desired dates. We'll take good care of you and your guests.

What types of events do you host?

If you can dream it, we can host it. We do weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, team building workshops, photoshoots, honeymoons, holidays, and executive retreats. Call one of our reservations experts toll free at 866-213-4022 to discuss your plans.

Can I book your entire facility for my event?

Absolutely! We frequently offer closed functions for weddings, executive retreats, and other large events. Just be sure to call our reservations specialists at 866-213-4022 well in advance to be sure your dates are available.

Can you help me plan a surprise party?

We love surprises! From cakes baked by our executive chef to distractions provided our activities directors, our entire staff can get in on the act so your honoree never suspects a thing. We are very good at keeping a secret.

Can I hold an event at Brooks Lake Lodge without reserving rooms for the night?

Sorry, no. Our large rooms are available to guests only. To make sure you and your guests get the attention you deserve, and to prevent disruption to our other guests, we may require up to a 2 night buyout for weddings or similarly large functions.

What is your event capacity?

That depends on the type of event and your corresponding needs. We have 25 beds situated in 7 lodge rooms and 8 cabins. All together, our lodge rooms and cabins provide 18 private bedrooms. Our reception areas can hold up to 100. So, for example, if you are holding a corporate retreat and would like each individual to have his or her own bedroom, 18 is our limit. But if you are having a wedding or family get-together we can usually accommodate 100 at the reception and about 36 overnight guests. Call 866-213-4022 for more details.
