Employment

Become a part of the Brooks Lake Lodge & Spa family and enjoy the experience of a lifetime. We are a small guest ranch in western Wyoming and can accommodate up to 36 guests with 20-30 employees. Our intimate size, in addition to our employee to guest ratio, allows us to provide each of our guests personal attention to make their stay with us their most memorable vacation. And keeps them returning season after season.

Because expectations of guest service are high, so too are the expectations of our employees performance. We expect our employees to be friendly with strong interpersonal skills with our guests as well as work well with others to make our team work with a positive attitude.

Hours and days can sometimes be long with ranch work, but always rewarding at day’s end. And there may be days when you are requested to pitch in to help your co-workers in other departments. But we strive to make our employees time here as fun as it is fulfilling. Your experiences will be numerous as you get to know people from all walks of life. And you get to enjoy this wondrous area you will come to call “home.”
