Dining

Dining at Brooks Lake Lodge & Spa is an experience that rivals the setting. Breakfast is an assortment of fresh baked pastries, fruit, yogurt, granola, juices, teas and Starbucks coffee along with a selection of several hot dishes. Lunch can either be a gourmet boxed lunch for those out on the trail, or sit down in the dining room and dine on soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta or the chef’s special of the day and top it off with a cold beverage. For a bit of refinement and refreshment after a full day’s adventure, journey into the lodge for our afternoon tea service. Before dinner is served, guests are welcome to gather in the lounge area for a pre-dinner cocktail and a chance to recap the day’s events with old friends, and new ones. Dinner is served at 7:00 pm in the winter and 7:30 pm in the summer. The china is placed, candles are lit, the fire is softly crackling as a soft aroma of the evening’s cuisine escapes from the kitchen to tempt and tease.

Our dinner menu changes each evening as our chefs prepare a three course meal using the freshest ingredients, regional flare and a creative touch that has our guests delighting in the evening meal and eagerly anticipating the next evening’s offerings. After dinner, our pastry chef offers up the evening’s delectable treat that is always enjoyed by all.

Many evenings our guests sit fireside to enjoy their dessert while being entertained by local performers. Afterwards, enjoy a night cap in the Diamond G Bar as you challenge someone to a friendly game of darts, shuffleboard or foosball. Take a moonlit stroll as you head back to your cabin to retire for the evening.
