Summer Rates 2008
June 15 – September 15
Come and stay during our summer season. Our summer rates include your accommodations, breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner; activities (horseback riding, hiking, fly fishing, canoeing, kid’s program and yoga classes all with guides and equipment) and access to our spa’s jacuzzi, sauna and exercise room.
Rates start at $300.00 per person per night based on double occupancy. Children 4-6 are half price and children under 3 stay free.
A 20% supplemental fee will be charged for single occupancy.
Rates are subject to a 6% state tax and a 15% service charge. Transportation, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, gift shop purchases and fishing licenses and flies are at an additional charge.
Pack Trips
Can be added to your stay for 1-4 nights for $250.00 per person per night. Pack trips are suitable for the whole family (children must be 7 years old and up).
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A 25% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Reservations are confirmed after receipt of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of final payment less the 25% deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire payment unless accommodations can be resold.
Winter Rates 2007/2008
December 20- March 15
Stay in a winter wonderland this year. Rates include your accommodations, breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner, yoga classes, access to our spa’s Jacuzzi, sauna and exercise room, cross country and snow shoe equipment, ice fishing with guide and tobogganing.
Rates start at $225.00 per person per night based on double occupancy. Children 10-14 years old are $100.00 per night, children 5-9 years old are $75.00 per night and children 4 and under stay free.
A 20% supplemental fee will be charged for single occupancy.
Rates are subject to a 6% state tax and a 15% service charge. Snowmobile rentals, transportation, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, gift shop purchases and fishing licenses are at an additional charge.
Access to the ranch in the winter must be arranged prior to arrival.

Snowmobile Rental Rates:
2006 Arctic Cat M6s are at $185.00 per full day and $130.00 per half day
2006 Arctic Cat M5s or Polaris 550s are at $165.00 per full day and $140.00 per half day
2006 2-Up Panthers are at $200 per full day and $140.00 per half day
Snowmobile guide and snowmobile gear (helmet, snowmobile suit, boots and gloves) are included in above rates.
Winter 2007/2008 Packages
Extreme Winter Experience
4-night lodging, all meals, 2 full days of guided snowmobiling, 1/2 day of dogsledding with Continental Divide Dogsled Company, one spa treatment per person, all meals, use of cross country ski and snow shoe equipment, guided ice fishing, use of spa with outdoor Jacuzzi, dry-sauna and exercise room, 6% state tax and a 15% service charge on lodging only.
Guide gratuities are not included.
Cat skiing may be cancelled due to inclement weather and will be replaced with a 2nd day of snowmobiling.

Mountain Escape:
This package for two includes a three nights stay at the luxurious Brooks Lake Lodge in a Lodge Room, Suite or Cabin, all meals, snowmobile rental for two full days per person, round trip transportation to and from Jackson Hole and one hour spa treatment per person. All taxes, damage waivers and service charges are included within the package price.

Pinnacles Getaway:
This package for two includes a two nights stay at the luxurious Brooks Lake Lodge in a Lodge Room, Suite or Cabin, all meals, snowmobile rental for one full day per person, round trip transportation to and from Jackson Hole, and one hour spa treatment per person. All taxes, damage waivers and service charges are included within the package price.
