Summer Rates 2012 Come and stay during our summer season. Our summer rates include your accommodations, breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner; activities (horseback riding, hiking, fly fishing, canoeing, kid’s program and yoga classes all with guides and equipment) and access to our spa’s jacuzzi, sauna and exercise room. Rates start at $340 per person per night based on double occupancy. Children 4-6 are half price and children under 3 stay free. Transportation, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, gift shop purchases and fishing licenses and flies are at an additional charge. Pack Trips |
Winter Rates 2011/2012 Stay in a winter wonderland this year. Rates include your accommodations, breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner, yoga classes, access to our spa’s Jacuzzi, sauna and exercise room, cross country and snow shoe equipment, ice fishing with guide and tobogganing. Rates start at $250 per person per night based on double occupancy. Children 11-14 years old are $150.00 per night, children 5-10 years old are $125.00 per night and children 4 and under stay free. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A 25% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Reservations are confirmed after receipt of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of final payment less the 25% deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire payment unless accommodations can be resold.

A 20% supplemental fee will be charged for single occupancy.
Rates are subject to a 8% state tax and a 15% service charge.
Transportation, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, gift shop purchases and fishing licenses are at an additional charge.
Access to the ranch in the winter must be arranged prior to arrival.
