- Deposits and Cancellation Policy -
 

When making a reservation at Brooks Lake we require a 25% deposit of the total stay. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred with-in the following year if we are notified sixty days prior to your confirmed stay date.  As we are a very remote, small, and unique property any cancellation can really affect our business, we adhere to this policy strictly. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for any cancellation made less than sixty (60) days prior to date of your scheduled arrival. Credits will not be allowed for shortened stays, guests who can not make, or absences during your dates of booked accommodations.
Cancellation policy due to COVID. Brooks retains funds collected. The client will have the chance to use these funds during the course of the season of cancellation and the following two seasons. If the client rebooks and cancels again they will forfeit their funds to the lodge.
