Lunch - Reservations Required
Lunch at Brooks Lake Lodge and Spa is a time to mingle with your fellow adventure seekers and fill your belly with a scrumptious selection of soups, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. Made from only the freshest in-season ingredients, everything on our menu is as flavorful as it is filling.

Settle in for a fine dining experience you won't soon forget. Tasty appetizers, tender meats, decadent desserts, and delicious vegetarian alternatives are all served in our Great Hall. Choose from premium seafood, beef, game, and poultry entrees every night. Specially prepared low salt, sugar free, and gluten free options are available at your request.

Governor's Tea Time
After long hours enjoying the Great Outdoors settle in for a hot beverage and afternoon snack. Each day at 4:30PM enjoy an exquisite selection of fruits, cheeses, cookies, and, yes, crumpets served by our friendly staff alongside hot tea, cocoa, and coffee.
Governor's Tea is served in our historic tea room, an emblem of Western luxury lodging. since 1922.
