Deposit and Cancellation Policies
When making a reservation at Brooks Lake Lodge and Spa, we require a 25% deposit of the total stay. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred within the following year if we are notified sixty days prior to your confirmed stay date. As we are a very remote, small, and unique property, any cancellation can really affect our business, so we adhere to this policy strictly.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for any cancellation made less than sixty (60) days prior to the date of your scheduled arrival. Credits will not be allowed for shortened stays, guests who cannot make it, or absences during your booked dates of accommodations.
