Breakfast
Every morning, our chefs provide a mouthwatering variety of hearty breakfast options for guests to choose from. Eggs, fruits, breakfast meats, cereal, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, granola, yogurt, toast, bagels, and other nutritious foods are among the items that are offered on our daily breakfast buffet, so you can always look forward to experiencing something new.
Lunch
Lunch is an opportunity to socialize with other guests who share a passion for outdoor activities while also satisfying your hunger with a delectable assortment of soups, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. Everything on our menu is as delicious as it is filling because it is prepared using only the freshest ingredients available during the appropriate season. Brooks Lake can also provide packed lunches in the summer and winter for those seeking to dine in the beautiful outdoors.

Governor’s Tea Time
After spending much of the day in the great outdoors, come in for a warm drink and something to snack on in the afternoon. Enjoy a delicious assortment of fruits, cheeses, and sweets served by our friendly and helpful staff each day, along with hot beverages such as cocoa, coffee, and tea.
Our historic tea room, which has been an icon of Western luxury hospitality since 1922, is where you can enjoy a cup of Governor’s Tea. Our executive chef can tailor the afternoon tea spread to your liking, as our selection varies daily.
Dinner
Settle in for an elevated dining experience you won’t soon forget. In our Great Hall, guests can enjoy a wide variety of seasonal dishes. Dinner at Brooks is an evolving menu, focusing on new American Cuisine with emphasis on game and as local as possible ingredients.

WINTER LUNCH AT THE LODGE
Ride the trails. Take a seat. Stay a while.
You don’t need an overnight stay to sit down at Brooks Lake Lodge. Each winter, snowmobilers exploring the surrounding backcountry are welcome to make our cozy lodge their midday stop. Park the sleds, knock off the snow, and warm up beneath timber beams that have sheltered mountain travelers for more than a century.
Dining Room Lunch | 12–2 PM
Reservations required
Our dining room welcomes public lunch guests by reservation. Settle in, take a break from the trails, and enjoy a meal surrounded by the character and hospitality of our historic mountain lodge.
The Bar | 12–3:30 PM
Walk-ins welcome
Looking for a more casual stop? Our bar welcomes walk-ins, making it an easy place to warm up, relax, and enjoy a break and a quick meal during your day on the mountain. Open until 3:30 PM with the bar menu available until 2 PM, the bar is the perfect place to gather with friends before heading back out on the trails.
Planning your ride? Dining room lunch is by reservation only. Call 307-455-2121. The bar is open to walk-ins.
During winter, our dining room is open to the public for lunch between 12pm and 2pm, while the bar remains open until 4pm. Limited food menu is available at the bar after 2pm
