We host full buyouts in both summer, roughly June through September, and winter, roughly late December through March. Summer offers hiking, riding, fishing, and long evenings on the porch; winter lets you snowmobile and ski straight from the door. Shoulder dates on either side can sometimes be arranged for groups, so it’s always worth asking even if your window falls outside the standard season. Our slots fill quickly, so plan ahead!

The earlier the better. Summer weekends and the holiday weeks in winter are our most-requested dates and tend to fill [9 to 12 months out], sometimes more for a full buyout. If your dates are flexible we can usually find something with shorter notice, but if you have a specific weekend in mind, reach out as soon as you’re thinking about it.

A deposit of 25% of the total holds your dates, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. We’ll spell all of it out in your group agreement so there are no surprises, and we’re happy to walk through the schedule with whoever is handling the money.

Yes. Our kitchen handles gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and most allergies and intolerances without making anyone feel like an afterthought — everyone eats the same beautiful meals, just built for them. We just ask for the full list of restrictions a month or so ahead so the chef can plan and source properly.

There is. Our common spaces work well for presentations, breakouts, or a full day of sessions, and with a buyout the whole building is yours to set up however you like. Wi-Fi reaches the main lodge for slides, email, and calls — just keep in mind we’re genuinely remote, so it’s reliable for working but not built for heavy streaming. That disconnect is part of why teams come here.

No one gets left out. There’s always a non-alcoholic side to the bar, and for anyone who’d rather not be on a snowmobile, there’s snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, a spa afternoon, or simply a fire and a view. We’ll help you build a flow where everyone has something they’re glad to be doing.

Yes. If your group doesn’t need the whole lodge, we can block a set of rooms and still give you a private, group-feel experience. Tell us your headcount and dates and we’ll let you know whether a partial block or a full buyout makes more sense for you.

However is easiest for your group. Most organizers prefer a single invoice they settle on behalf of everyone, but we can also split billing across rooms or guests if that’s simpler on your end. Sort it out with us when we set up your agreement and we’ll handle it from there.
